Milagros Carbajal is the Founder of M&M Daycare, a network of nurturing early childhood programs serving families across The Bronx. She created M&M Daycare to provide children with a safe, loving, and enriching environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
Milagros believes the early years are the foundation for lifelong success. Her childcare approach emphasizes hands-on learning, emotional development, structure, and routine, helping children build confidence, curiosity, and strong social skills. Each M&M Daycare location is designed to feel like a second home, staffed by caring, qualified educators.
M&M Daycare offers infant and toddler care, 3-K, and Pre-K, giving families access to high-quality, affordable childcare they can trust. Safety, cleanliness, and open communication with parents are central to every program.

Celina Padilla
Site Director
Celina began her journey with M&M 24-Hour Daycare in 2017 as a Daycare Assistant, where she developed strong skills in implementing behavioral management strategies and building meaningful connections with children. Her nurturing approach quickly earned her the nickname M&M’s “Professional Hugger.”
In 2020, Celina was promoted to Teacher’s Assistant in our Pre-K program, where she supported classroom instruction and continued to grow as an early childhood professional.
As of May 2025, Celina serves as the Site Director of M&M 2nd Edition, located on 102nd Street. In this leadership role, she oversees daily operations, staff development, and program quality, ensuring a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment for children and families.
DOE Staff
Our unique program offers in class Pre k/3K New York State Certified teachers with master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers are directly placed in the classroom with students to ensure an optimum learning experience. Along side our teachers are experienced teacher’s assistants.
