Millie Carbajal
Milagros Carbajal is the owner and founder of M&M. Ten years ago she worked in the hospitality industry that demand various non-traditional work shifts. She was so frustrated with the lack of childcare options; instead of returning to the hotel industry, she started her own 24-hour daycare program. Ms. Millie, as her students popularly knows her as, has trained extensively in Early Childhood Education and was mentored by highly respected ECE trainers. Millie furthered her education in entrepreneurship, in which she is successfully able to sustain and grow a high quality daycare program.
Celina Padilla
Celina started at M&M 4 years ago in 2017 as a daycare assistant. In which she learned how to skillfully execute program behavioral management strategies. And was coined M&M’s “Professional Hugger”. In 2020 Celina was promoted to Teachers Assistant in our Pre k program.
DOE Staff
Our unique program offers in class Pre k/3K New York State Certified teachers with master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers are directly placed in the classroom with students to ensure an optimum learning experience. Along side our teachers are experienced teacher’s assistants.
